We’re currently looking for a reliable and professional independent contract cleaner (1099 position) to assist with cleaning our event venue on an as-needed basis. This is not a W-2 employee role—it is a 1099 contractor position, meaning you will operate as an independent contractor responsible for your own taxes, tools, and scheduling availability.
This role includes pre-event setup cleaning, post-event cleanup, and occasional deep cleaning.
Location: 5008 Hartung Lane, Creedmoor, TX 78610
Type: Contract / On-call basis (based on event schedule)
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience cleaning commercial or event spaces
- Available for early mornings, late nights, and weekends depending on event timing
- Punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Able to provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment (or use venue-provided ones if arranged)
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor (not an employee)
Responsibilities:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning restrooms and restocking supplies
- Trash removal and general tidying after events
- Occasional deep cleaning (windows, walls, etc.)
Compensation: Competitive pay; rate based on experience and scope of work. As a 1099 contractor, payment will be issued per agreed terms rather than through employee payroll.
